Ms. Helena Nti obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Ghana in 2007. She was awarded a Master of Philosophy degree in Nutrition by the University of Ghana Graduate School in 2010. Ms Nti is currently undertaking a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Nutrition at the Department of Nutrition and Food Science, College of Basic and Applied Sciences, University of Ghana. She has 12 scientific publications, three of which are peer reviewed.
Work Expereince
She is a founding member of the Ghana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She previously worked with the University of Ghana as a field research supervisor for five years, and then with Nestle Ghana Limited as a medical delegate for three years.

Ms. Nti has 12 scientific publications, three of which are peer-reviewed. Her Research Interest includes Nutrition, cognitive Abilities and Sport Performance, Nutrition and Non-Communicable Diseases, Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods, and Maternal and Child Nutrition.
Helena is the Founder of Comfort Legacy Foundation, a non-governmental organization that supports malnourished children in various health facilities across the country. As a Nutritionist, she visits schools, churches and corporate groups educating the public about healthy food/lifestyle choices. She conducts nutritional assessments and has a team of experts who manage diet related conditions like overweight/obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, etc. She is the Executive Producer of the “Wow Lifestyle” TV show and “Healthy You with Helena” platforms for discussing everything lifestyle that impacts on our general health and wellbeing. She actively provides nutrition advocacy on social media. Her philosophy in life quote is, “Be real, work hard in focus, and do unto others as you will have done unto you.”
