Ms. Selor Darkey-Mensah is a Senior Administrative Assistant at the School of Sports and Exercise Medical Sciences, University of Health and Allied Sciences.
Education
She holds Master of Public Administration from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and the Study of Religions from the University of Ghana, Legon.
Work Experience
Ms. Darkey-Mensah joined the University in December 2016, served in the Department of Basic Sciences, School of Basic and Biomedical Sciences from 2017 to 2019. She is currently a Senior Administrative Assistant at the School of Sports and Exercise Medical Sciences.
Prior to her appointment to the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), Ms. Darkey-Mensah worked as District Resource Person (DRP) under the GOG-UNICEF, WASH Programme-Sanitation and Hygiene Intervention.
Science/Research Interest
Her research interest is in personality traits, organisational behaviour, work environment, employee motivation and job satisfaction. She is currently working on a project in the area of role conflict and role ambiguity between Senior Members and Senior Staff.
